Butler-Justice has on-hand inventories of all popular parts and components required by our customers on an as needed basis. In many cases our personel are available to deliver these parts directly to our customers plant site on a “just in time basis” in order to make better use of their produtive hours, this service is usually provided free of charge.
Common parts that we carry in our inventory are: conveyor idlers, head and tail pulleys, crusher wear parts, electric motors, belt scales, chute lining materials, asphalt plant wear parts etc. In most cases our service team will carry all parts on their service trucks required to get dust collectors and belt scales up and running. Most of our products are backed by factory administered warranties and replacement guidelines, but in the real world fulfilling some of the reqirements of warranty claims can be a lengthy and daunting task.
