ROCKSHIELD is a custom manufacturer and we specialize in small to medium size runs of customer specific screen media and wear components. This means we design each product specific to the application to provide the most value for our customers
With the growing need to increase up time RockShield has now introduced it’s own line of magnetic rubber and rubber ceramic liners. With its easy installation and boasting over 200 lbs per square foot of holding power these liners posses the ability to provide fantastic wear life as well as deliver the holding power and durability needed to keep these liners in place for their entire effective life.
Not only are the magnets strong but they are also replaceable. This is especially important in the event of a dislodged magnet, where other magnetic liners would need to be discarded the MineShield Magnetic Liners can simply be fitted with a new magnet then put back into service without any sacrifice in holding power.
